Privacy
This site was built to collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens.
Who is responsible
Castro's Reef & Beef, Rua dos Carreirinhos 79, 2430-177 Marinha Grande, Portugal. For anything concerning personal data, write to reservas@castrosreefbeef.pt or call +351 915 961 352.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, has no analytics, and loads not a single file from another server. There are no social buttons following you around, and no fonts fetched from elsewhere. That is also why you will not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs
Like any website, the server hosting it records the requests it receives, including IP address, time and browser type. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse, which is the legitimate interest that justifies it. These logs are not used to identify you and are not combined with anything else.
Links away from here
Some links take you to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the Portuguese complaints book. Once you leave this site, those services' privacy policies apply, not this one.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, erase it, ask for it to be ported, and object to it being processed. Just ask, using the contacts above. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
